• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip will receive in-store credit.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the trip, no-shows, or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• If the trip is cancelled due to weather or unsafe conditions, you may move to another trip, receive in-store credit, or request a full refund.
