With your purchase of a spot in one of our Open Water classes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions below:

  1. Class Registration: Your purchase constitutes a reservation for a place in the selected scuba diving class. However, please note that your registration will not be considered complete until you have met with one of our instructors to finalize the process.

  2. Meeting with Instructor: Prior to full registration, you are required to meet with one of our instructors to complete the following steps:

  -All necessary registration materials and medical forms to ensure diver safety.

  -Undergo a safety check on any pre-owned equipment or receive a comprehensive fitting for any required gear you may need for your class.

  -Review the full class schedule and go over the student agreement form.

  -Finalize your online profile and complete any required waivers.

  3. Acknowledgment of Risks: Please be aware that scuba diving carries inherent risks, and it is essential to follow all safety procedures and guidelines provided during your training.

  4. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy for information on refunds and rescheduling options.

By purchasing a spot in our scuba diving class, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer and understand that your registration will not be finalized until you have completed the necessary steps with our instructor.
