Guided by our certified SSI instructors, you’ll learn the basics of scuba, get familiar with the equipment, and enjoy a controlled pool session where you’ll take your first breaths underwater.

What to Expect

Participant Guidelines

• Minimum age: 12 years old.

• A parent or legal guardian must be present for all participants under 18 years old.

• All participants must complete the standard SSI medical questionnaire before class starts

• Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim a short distance unassisted..
